Abstract: This work is analyzed by courses of The Union of Soviet Architects appealing - a new form out-of-office architects organizing, which government established in the thirties year. This phenomenon are considered in a context of other transformations in architecture, culture and social life. The main course of The Union of Soviet Architects appealing were necessity of architects mobilization for the state's task fulfillment. Architectural groupings didn't assist to it, wherefore they were eliminated.
